MEET CONDITIONS:

1. Age as at day of the meet, April 26th 2026. Only swimmers 12 years and over may enter this meet.

2. This meet will be conducted under SNZ Meet guidelines and the local conditions listed. No time trials permitted.

3. Event Entry Fees: $15.00 PER INDIVIDUAL EVENT. Late entries ($25.00 per individual event) will be accepted at the discretion of the organiser, only if there is a spare lane. No refunds on scratching, unless a medical certificate is provided with the scratching.

4. All events will be timed finals, seeded slowest to fastest.

5. This is a self-marshalling meet. Over the top starts and the ONE START rule will apply. Re-seeding or combining of heats will be at the Referee's discretion.

6. This is a paperless meet. The meet program will available on the Meet Mobile app. Hard copy programmes will be provided for all coaches, managers and Technical Officials All participants must agree to comply with the Sports Anti-Doping Rules.

7. Poolside Officials: SA will endeavour to meet SNZ meet approval. Clubs to supply 1 official per 4 swimmers per session, to a max of 6 unless requested for more before the meet. Clubs to email officials by Monday 20th April 2026 to events@swimmingauckland.org

8. Coaches must sign in and display identification at all times

9. Team Managers must sign in and will be issued with an identification card.

10. Officials and timekeepers must sign in and either be wearing an ASA Technical Officials shirt or be issued with an identification card.

11. All spectators must remain seated upstairs. No spectators are permitted on pool deck at any time

12. No long lens photography unless approval has been expressly given. Please email events@swimmingauckland to register.
